Tuesday Evening Guided Meditation Class

Join Us For Weekly Free Tuesday Evening Meditation Classes!

 Breathe and meditate together outdoors in the garden with the beautiful sounds of running water, birds, and chimes while enjoying this beautiful warm weather!

• The class will be a donation only class, in the spirit of "Dana" which is a Sanskrit or Pali word that, when translated into English, means generosity. Dana is the desire to give, without any expectations of repayment by the receiver. Everyone is always welcome to attend any donation only classes offered by Third Eye Integration's Empower House, without any obligation to donate. Please do not ever let the lack of an ability to donate, keep you from attending a meditation class. Your presence and energy is a truly priceless gift in itself! 

  * Donations will fund the facilitation of these free classes and help with operating costs of the event space.

  * If stairs are too difficult, please bring your own chair. The ground is uneven and there are wood chips. Wear good shoes.

  * Breathing Meditation will be led by Allison

  * When weather permits bring swimwear and rafts to sit and cool off in the pool!

 We also welcome contributions of plants, soil, plant containers and other gardening supplies and of course monetary donations to continue to develop the community space.

We are currently raising funds for building the yoga/dance deck!

 Any contributions can be paid through the registration app, in person at the event or through Venmo - @Water-Shepherd

Any volunteers to help set up and clean up are greatly appreciated!
