Welcome to the Dream:  An ecstatic dance and soundscape meditation event

Here, we can be free to completely express the full range of the human experience through movement and music. 

This event is intended to bring a sense of deep connection with ourselves and with other souls in a safe and supportive environment! No experience necessary. 

Event Details:

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend arriving at 6:45pm as the gates will close at 7pm. Please show up ON TIME by 7pm so we don’t have interruptions to our connection and our process. 

• REGISTRATION - Please register for the event to have a smooth check-in. Exact address will be provided after registration. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE.

• ECSTATIC DANCE:  No experience necessary.  Please remove your shoes, shut down your phone (no photos/videos), and keep all conversations away from the dance area.  Please respect everyone's space and process.  All physical touch may be gained through consent.  This practice is a solo experience in a group space.  

• PARTICIPATION:  Any volunteers to help set up and clean up are appreciated!  Additionally, if you would like to be part of the "garden team" to keep the grounds looking beautiful on a regular basis, please contact Water.

• ENVIRONMENT:  This is an outdoor space! The ground is uneven and there are wood chips. Wear good shoes.  Dress for the weather. We will have cushions to sit on in the Portal of Consciousness (conversation pit). We have a fire pit and heater for the winter and in the hot summer months (or all year long if you are a cold-plunger!), there is an option to go in the pool.  Please bring a swimsuit and a towel.   Please refrain from wearing oil-base sunscreen or other products prior to using the pool.  We also do our best to mitigate mosquitos, but DIY natural based spray is available if needed. 

• GATHERING SPACE:  We believe everyone should have access to a safe community where we can come together in a very conscious way to create the world we want.  We host events at the Empowere House Community Gathering Space where all people are accepted and loved.  We believe when people feel safe and supported, they will naturally practice kindness, feel better, increase their motivation and focus and have a reduction in anxiety, stress and depression. 

• COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM:  This event is part of Third Eye Integration's community outreach program.   Did you know we provide corporate consulting?  Ask how we can work with your company to provide workshops, training and wellness services!  We are a mental health and wellness organization that helps you Find Your Calm!
